You'd be much better off getting a cheap arbor press as it will make the install MUCH easier and done properly.

You heat the crankcase to about 150-160°C and put the bearings in the freezer.
10-15min is enough to drop the bearings inside without tools.

Did'nt see these videos before....
5:30 in 2nd video he uses long bolts to remove the clutch holder.
This ruins the crank bearings and should only be done if the bearings should be replaced.
