take the motor out.
take the clutch shoes off, pull the clutch shoe holder.
remove flywheel cover, and pull flywheel
you ll need a piston stopper tool or a length of fuel line, or pull starter rope to use to stop the piston from rolling past TDC.
once the shoes and flywheel are off, take the clutch housing off, then behind the flywheel you ll see 4 bolts, one in each corner. take the bolts out.
then gently pull the case halves apart.
be sure you install new crank bearings. the stock cy bearings are ok, but don't take the large bore motors to well. I suggest TFE Stainless Steel crank bearings for 13.00 and a new set of oil seals for 6.00.
your motor will be Much better off with the new crank bearings and oil seals.
