i noticed members asking how to repair lexan and i thought it would go good in how to thread

Thats a great vid. Thanks. I have a question though, What about repairing a piece that has been broken away from the body leaving a hole with sharp corners and edges. This would happen most commonly around the wheel cutouts if a foreign substance becomes wrapped around the axle and beats on the body. Once a piece is missing or not reusable, is there a way to "reconstruct" the damaged area and prevent further cracking?

Sometimes you can cut away the fenders if they're damaged, and the body can still look good if you cut the fenders right.
