It is simple really. Go buy some 3M shipping tape with the nylon in it. Wrap the foam twice and stuff it back in the tire. Now you have a belted tire, and it will not blow up and your foam will last much longer.

In addition to belting, I've read that you should glue the foams to the rim too. Hostile even put this in the instructions with their foams.
 
Ok here we go. The reason this works is because the foam is what stretches the tire. The mass of the tire isn't as much as the foams pushing from the inside. As for taping the tire from the insides. It will not last one battery pack, and all you did was add unsprung weight! Just try this! Glue to the rim and foam is messy and the foam still stretches. Just try it my way. Also if your foams are damaged just place the foam around the rim as a guide and tape the foam in place. You just repaired your tire and your ready to race!
