hi guys,

I need your advice, im deciding between the hpi 5B and the MCD (rally, race runner, baja 1000). i already have the 5B SS but since i drove my friends baja 1000 i was blown away with its handling (being 4X4). i love my 5B and had loads of fun with it, i would like to own both but unfortunately i can only own one car (money matters), if i buy the MCD i have to sell my 5B.

im not very familiar with mcd models so i want to get some opinion from you guys if its worth selling my 5B and get the MCD.

OH BTW, if anyone is interested to trade their race runner or baja 1000 with my 5B please let me know.

my 5B specs are as follows:
• 26cc CY engine with ported head and ported piston (fine tuned)
• Mielkie side pipe (very quite pipe but loads of power)
• VVCHD shocks all around
• Hostile MX nightmare rears and rear dirstbuster on the front
• Dark soul dog bone boots
• Chrome enclosed K&N style filter with alloy velocity stack
• alloy front shock tower
• Worx version 2 front bumper with chassis support (not yet fitted)
• front and rear sway bars
• Metal gear steering servos
• 8000 rpm clutch
• 3ch HPI Tx and Rx
• Stealth dark grey body color (no body decals)

Extras
• 1 set of front and rear silver rims with beadlocks
• 1 set of HPI front wheels with tarmac busters fitted
• 1 set of HPI front wheels with ribbed dirt busters fitted
• plenty of plastic spare parts (spur gear, links, etc)
• original tools
• shock oils, diff oil, air filter oil and grease
• Manual
• spare original 23cc head and piston (5 tanks)
• Proline desert rat 5T shell (used, plenty of battles scars but still good)

homemade hopups
• windshield and windows
• chassis protector with side guards (clear lexan)
• side foam covers (prevents grass from being sucked in the engine)
• Rear Metal bumper
• meshed cover under the engine (prevents grass from being sucked in the engine)
• rubber shock covers
• 2 X 14 LED light pods conversion mounted at the front bumper
• pull start cover

this car was bought as an RTR but loads of parts and upgrades has been put to this car to make it and SS version (super sport), i will include a 5T proline body shell so you can convert it to a 5T if you fancy but you need to buy the mount. this car is very well looked after and the next owner of this car wont be disappointed.

You also have the option of the RedCat Rampage... Also 4wd but Much cheaper.. $650 buggy and $750 for the truck... I think I have seen them cheaper too.

Trip..
