sweet dude. you should see my buddies rampage mt. the motor he put in it was about $850 just for the motor and it hits about 60-70mph but if he doing about half speed and pulls the trigger she'll flip over no prob. he went overboard some would say. the e-conversion motors for the baja's in diameter are small compaired to his motor. go on you tube and look under aqwat. thats his user name here also.
 
ya my buddy had to switch to all steel gears cause in 5min tops, no joke it would blow 3 out of 4 gears. his motor is 375kv and is almost as big around as a popcan. go on his you tube site and you'll see some sweet things he's done. we call him the guru of bl.lol
 
Wooow that is awesome and very quick im really taking to the baja 5t im thinking off getting one :phone::phone: hopefully.... Wat the Mph saying on this 5t and wat engine you running in it???

When you figure the cost of the HPI Baja 5t with conversion was $1300, the rest of it was not that bad, and I did not have to do alot of it, like the alloy upgrade! The ESC and batteries was the biggest other expense, but then you do not have to replace them or buy fuel etc., in the long run it is not that much more than your gasser, plus clean and quiet!

Mine weighs 30 lbs. and goes 60 MPH with a 6 H.P. Neu 2215 2Y motor on 10S! Plus it has tons of torque!

That's some fast moving truck you got there..

I like electric for the plug and play as well as the instant torque... They ain't cheap, but they really go!!!!

The Neu 2215 2Y 750KV motor came with the HPI Baja 5T with the e-conversion from Fine Design in New York! He also offers his e-conversion on the Baja 5B buggy! You can also get the motor from Castle Creations!

Thats just my opinion...I am not an electric rc fan.
Since I can buy an electric rc at Wally World. LOL JK
