Picked the Baja up from the sorting office, couldn't wait til monday for it to be delivered.

Opened box to discover it was packed with a years supply of plastic shopping bags, :clown: once i scooped them all out there it was.
Bleedin hell they are long (longer than the fg,s)

also got some nice extras: :):cool2: new battery protector, new rear undertray, throttle/brake linkage, new fuel tank and a tidy bench stand so i can work on the baja.

found a couple of problems with it, front bottom shock ball joint snapped, battery not holding its charge and just noticed there's no screw shaft in the brake disc square mount. contacted the seller and he's going to go halves on new front shocks and is going to send me some bits and bobs.

Stripped it down today to get to know how its put together, a lot different from the FG i can tell you.

I'll throw some pics of it up soon, the parts are pretty cheap for it to, so i think some up-grades might be on the cards soon.

Doing a complete tear down and rebuild is always a good idea with the Baja. You will know exactly what you got. A few upgrades along the way won't hurt either :blush:
 
Jacko came down to ours today with the Baja,I'm impressed! It looks great and he bought it for buttons too! After a quick few tugs of the pullcord it fired into life and its LOUD!!!!!
Cant wait to see it running.

They are awesome. The bug will bite the others standing around the driver. Thats what happened to me. A friend brought over a 5t. That was it few days later I was putting mine together from bits and pieces of wrecked and what Baja's that I could find on the web.Cost me less then the cost of a SS to have a 29.5cc SS w/ jetpro pipe. Saved me a lot of money. Hope to see some video of yours.

Hey GottaClone its bitten me already!!:2guns::2guns::2guns: Jacko came down to mine to show the Baja and it loks so gooood:devil2: I had to get one,but then seen how much they cost:blush::blush:
I was looking in fleebay UK and couldnt see one so I am going for the KingMotor Clone??????.......Hmmm see how it fairs up next to Jacko's HPI Baja.
