Guys I want to know the best place to get, and the best quality wheels adapters for hpi rims onto my TT!

I have a big order for next friday !(CPI, radio/reciever, servo, so far

Also what is the best steering servo???

Ok thanks guys for the info.

Why do I need the servo mount?

Is this for dual servo setup?

Do you have to program the servo or plug and go?

You need that servo mount to fit the servo in were the stock one was. the original mount has a curve in it to fit the stock servo's. An aftermarket servo won't neccessarily fit without modification of the mount and frame. This mount eliminates the curve so you can drop in almost any aftermarket servo.

The mount is for the steering servo under the throttle servo on the right side of the truck looking from back to front. you may still have to modify the radio box. Most servo's that I've seen are plug & go I haven't seen any that aren't. You may need to adjust your radio endpoints to fit servo travel distance. That isnt too difficult depending on the radio. You will be happy with the CPI pipe. I just bought one. My MT is a beast now, in a good way :D

Running one 5805 will eliminate the need for dual servos. I have one 5805 on my MT, which obviously has heavier tires than the TT and it does the job.

If you want to stick with the dual servo system, the 5755's are the best. But like I said, one 5805 will do the job and it's a cheaper setup.

I run Hitec 805 BB's that do the job well. they are water resistant, but not waterproof. Plasti dip seems to be a popular way to waterproof servo's. I haven't tried it myself. But, I'm sure someone on this board can chime in and give you their thoughts on using it. Unless there is another the only proven waterproof servo's are Traxxas but they don't make a 1/4 scale servo.

Ok guys thanks to the local hobby store found out the batterypack is good.

I went ahead and upgraded the radio and receiver today. DX3C(SPEKTRUM)

Got it in and hooked up works ok did not get a good test run yet.

As I was testing and had to reverse the steering servo, the other went up in smoke LOL!

Got a new throttle servo now and I will upgrade the other in a few weeks!!
