Hello all,


Can anyone explain what the difference is between the HY and CY motor?


I noticed the V3 came out with an HY.

HY is a copy of a CY. Quality of parts. CY has better parts. They are interchangeable with HY. Also CY is made in Taiwan where HY is made in China mainland

Weird my V3 had a CY?? Guess they use what ever is laying around!! LOL


Mine was supposed to have a 26cc like your should have, the pull start said 30.5fulie, and the engine turned out to be a 23cc so??
 
My v3 had a cy in it but I got it when they first came out so maybe they were using what was left of the CYs before going to HY?
