cool stuff , wow it should definitiely stop !

nice work man, you think one would work in the original brake spot (at layshaft)?

seems to be stout hardware.

spin the front calipers around and relocate the lines to the back, the way I see it is being in front its just a much easier target for them being cut if there is ever a front end smash. would be hard with the monster MT tired and the bumper but crazy things happen and since you have a 3D printer its just an easy precaution

I tried to spin them around in the front at first but the steering linkage and hub was interfering. Had no choice but to locate to the front.

I purchased the brake kit off of eBay and I also have a 3d printer
I have a 3d printer too but wouldn't have thought that the parts could withstand the MT weight and pounding.

What material did you print the parts from? ABS, Nylon some hybrid?

What percent of infill are you using?

Are the parts week or bullet proof?

Sweet, So many ideas now, knowing this is doable.

I used abs at 100% infill, it held up for a little while. The material I think might be ideal is nylon.

Nice work! Heck you could even print a skid to house those brake hoses and use braided steel
