I no nowhere for that to be done to answer your question. now I have a question for you. where did the carbon fiber come from. Bottom of tank? or liquid surface?

basically how it works is this:

a water soluable film that is placed over a tub of liquid (water i think) then it is sprayed with an activator which activates teh water soluable film. then you take your NON porus material (plastic, glass, metal, etc.) and press it into the water through the film which in turn leaves teh design on your part.

it is a cool process to watch and there are some vids out there showing it, one vid i saw shows them camoflauging some kind of skull (don't know what it was i will just say a deer since all of those types of animals look alike to me LOL)
