just got home from 9 hours in hospital, had an accident on my aprilia Rx125 doing 60-70mph and accelerating, i was being a cock, thats all i can say, thankfully it was only me invloved or i probs woulda been a gonner or had been MUCH worse.(when i say being i cock i mean, overtaking where i shouldnt be, but who dosnt on a bike)

i was over taking a car, when another car pull out from a junction on other side of the road(without looking), i paniced (after 8 years of motorbiking, i usually never panic in tight situations)

i hit a central crossing island in middle of the road witch lanched me back into the road into another oncoming car witch i missed by inches, went right across the road, hit a bigg grass bank, got some huge air and flew into some wooden framed banners and pallets outside a garden center, smashed right tho them and a metal link fence caught me and the bike went and hit the fence little more down the road. If the wooden framed banners and pallet displays hadn't of been there to break my speed, or the oncoming car had been travelin a little fast i don't think i would be here to tell the story:o

missed 2 head on crash's so all in all im EXTREMALY!!!! lucky guy and lucky im buillt out of that hard stuff, to walk away with only bruises, small grazes on my belly, hardcore aching shoulder, and extremly swallen ankle, and with no broken bones or major major injurys everyone was suprized and said i must be the iron man! hahahahha.

ill post pictures tomorrow of my bike as its now 2:30am(i havnt really looked at it so i don't know the extent of the damage, but i do vaigly rember picking up some plastic parts n throwing them into a pile), fingers crossed my bike is as hardcore as me, the poor thing :'(

most annoything about this was i was less then 100 yards from my home:(

Well the big guy is sending you a message and he`s been gracious enough to give you another chance,at least look up and say thanks.

You are very lucky indeed Terrakill, you will be a hurten unit in the morning when the adrenalen wears off- Question-- Did your body-mind go into slow motion when this happened? I rode off road for 40+ years. Never busted up, but took some hard body slams- Dr. told me its a bodies way to keep fromshutting down- kinda like a dream is the feeling- Too many cell phones- stressed out people in cars these days Terra-kill, I had a road bike for 1 month- the dirt bike in me always came out- riding wheeles for 2-3 city blocks - ect- had a close call with a car crossing the centerlane- i was not showing off at the time- Sold the road bike- and bought a new mount-CR 500- the dirt is more forgiveng.- when i encountered a sudden gust of gravity and floundered out- its my fault ya know?

Thankfully your ok. I lost a couple of good buddies on street and dirt bikes.I been riding for more than 30 years and crashing sux.but u rebuild the bike and start over again.good luck hopefully the pain goes away pretty fast...

thanks everyone for your support, really feeling it now, lucky my g/f is here to take care of me as im finding it hard to even get out a chair, i feel like a right pratt lol. i only turned 24 last week and only have like 2 or 3 lifes left, but aslong as my motors r turning imma keep on going. but saying that i keep hoking up blood and chest pains, so if it dosnt stop by monday i think im gonna have to go back to hospital.

i wanted to get photos and asses my bike for damage so i can start getting the parts in if its worth it, if the frame isnt bent ill fixx it right up, but ill have to wait to see how i feel in a few days as it hurts trying to do anything (serves me right!)
