Just for the sake of asking is it easier to put in gearplate first then the engine or engine first or does not matter, Pick one ,I stripped my MT for the first time

For me it's easier to put the gear plate on, and then the engine.

Same here... then it makes the engine slide right in...

Yes, less to take apart. The gear plates come on and off without the need of anymore disassembly.
