let me know if this is a good Radio

here are the Specs

3-Channel 2.4GHz Computer Radio

The 3PM you've wanted!

One radio for racing, crushing, crawling, bashing and boating!

There's no need to buy separate systems for every application. The 3PM-X handles them all for a single, affordable price and gives you FASST 2.4GHz dependability as a bonus. It offers all the conveniences and features of the original 3PM, plus these new performance and programming pluses!

Four-wheel Steering Mix

Two modes give you a choice of two or four 4WS options — and the ability to switch between them with the push of a button. Choices include: 1) Crab; 2) All-wheel steering; 3) Front-wheel only; or 4) Rear-wheel only.

Digital Trim Steps

16 settings — amazing ease. Set at 16 for coarse initial settings — or at 1 for fine-tuning finesse!

Adjuster Function

Ensures optimum performance by keeping throttle and steering throws and centering at programmed ideals.

2/3-Position Channel 3 Programming

2-/3-position soft switch is perfect for dig on crawlers and other functions.

* Programmable mixing

* 10-model memory

* Simple, 4-button programming

* Model naming

* Assignable switches/functions

* Digital trims and memory

* Normal/HRS modes

* Servo reversing, sub-trims & EPA (all channels)

* Throttle expo, acceleration, mode select & failsafe

* Steering expo, dual rates & servo speed

Generally speaking, anything with "Futaba" written on it is a good piece. The 3pm-X is a very fine radio, you wont be disappointed.

I would say go for it futaba has very good radios the servos are kinda ok! just my experince stay away from Spektrum rob64n and i have had 6 or 7 junk receivers right out of the box i just test run my two recivers and radio for the first time after they have been replaced:eek:

Calm down racetruck in his post he said he already bought a Futaba Radio, so there is no need to be alarmed in him buying a crappy Spektrum radio that no one has said they have had a good experience with except for me and Obeast.......... :rolleyes: .........Geez!

My Spektrum DX2.0 is flawless.

Ive had my dx3.0 for over a year and a half, and my 2 friends that run Largescales have DX2.0s that work perfectly.

have you had it for a year yet
Going on a year and a half, actually. It's been used on a T-Maxx, Slash and a Rampage MT. Never had a failure, not even a glitch. This is with the original receiver (Which is discontinued) and an added SR300.
