On a group on Facebook, a bunch of people were saying that the RedCat Chimera shared parts with the Losi DBXL. It was not jus one know~it~all but a group of people saying that. I have not heard anyone argue that point and since the DBXL was originally designed by RCMK, could it be true? I mean if I can buy the Chimera for $400 less and get replacements at the local hobby store, that would be golden! I know that Rovan makes a clone 5ive but this was about DBXL and Chimera...

Nah, it's a long story. The factory that developed the DBXL shopped it around for a year to all the big guys. The owner of Himoto finally took the deal and started a new company to sell them to Losi. That's what I heard.
