I need a new Receiver battery

I lost my old stock receiver battery I was looking at several different websites but I don't know what battery Park to buy I want long-run time longer run time then the stock battery I have all Stock servos

The higher the mah the longer the run times.

Its the same sub C 5 cell hump pack as any other receiver pack. It will fit as well any a lower mah pack does, no?

I had a 4200 and a 5000. The 5000 was slightly larger.

Yes the 5000 battery is larger then the stock battery which is 2500.

Happy to report that the 5100 mah battery fits fine in the stock battery box.

Ive been looking at the Venom 5000mah rx pack from Tower Hobbies. As well as considering the Dynamite pack from DDM. My question is, are both of these connectors going to plug in directly to my MT? They look slightly different than the plug on my truck? I know the batteries say they have a "universal plug" on them. But our trucks have the smaller, 2 prong plug for the on/off switch.

I use venom and all i did is trim 9ff the plug a little so it fits.and I charge using the the Tamiya plug.
