I think i seized engine ?

Think i might have seized my motor trying to figure out how this could have happen. I haven't touched the needles since my last 4 runs, used the same fuel mix i used 2 weeks ago 25 to 1. The exhaust port and manifold was really scorched and loose even though i didn't here a different sound and pitch if they came loose when running. The pull start wont pull the flywheel.

Check you haven't got a screw loose!!
Seriously, check that nothing has vibrated loose - might be blocking movement.
Might - unfortunately - be head screws causing very lean and high temperatures, which will probably have seized it, but may not be the problem.

Looks like i need a motor the piston was stuck in the the head and scratched along the sides. There was a lot of dirt inside the motor, wich must have caused it to seize, looks like the fillter must have sucked in dirt.

Are you running a K&N style filter by any chance?
 
Well i rebuilt the motor but it wont start i did a obr 28.5 race ported topend. My problem know it wont start not getting any spark, i checked the coil gap and connections. Do these ever go bad
 
Coils can fail like any other part but I doubt it will be that. The gap between the coil & flywheel should be 0.3mm (0.0118") so either use a business card or feeler gauge if you want it bang on. Also try a brand new spark plug.
Do you have a kill switch fitted? If so try disconnecting it.
Check that engine kill button is free and not stuck half in.
 
Well looks like the coil failed, i put the coil in from my hpi baja and i was able to get sparks and start the motor. Thanks for the help guys this was my first ever rebuild and a new issue for me to figure out. Thanks
 
Its always handy when you have parts off another car to try then you can eliminate as you go along. Glad you got it running again.
