Just been on my occasional look out for 'old-style' MCD tyres and came across this.

If anyone's after a little 'extra grip', they may be of assistance !!!!!

Hi James, I couldn't see the sense myself ... but ... they are different!!

I suppose places like Germany, and most other countries in the world where the climate is a little more predictable than UK, they could be considered the Winter / Ice 'tyres' !!

I've still got my studded MT tyres I'm keeping on the shelf ready for any more freeze periods in UK again - with the motor I've got now, it could be 'interesting' !!!

Sorry officer i didnt mean to shred that young childs foot to pieces with my metal spiked wheels but in my defense he did run straight into my buggy!

It would be one thing to hit someone by accident with a large scale but to hit them with these things on would be a major law suit i reckon lol
