Idea for a pipe mod

I swiped this pic from wicks-redcat... I'm pretty hung up on that pipe.. but I was wondering what you guys thought of setting it up like this where the stinger is ran through the shock tower..

That is not a Sprint 77 DOM mod . That one has to many cuts and welds for my mod.


I think a cap and re-route on the exhaust exit on the DOM would have a adverse effect on performance.

huh... I wonder why it works with other pipes I've seen with the exit located in the middle of the pipe. :/

It works but the angle of the exit cone on the DOM is to narrow for the type of exit and top end will suffer. The DOM is already weak in this area.
