With all the knowledge on this forum I have to ask some input for a long range project.

I know I just got my first 1/5 scale and love it. After seeing all these nice trucks that people have I would like to do something. I am not in the same $$ area as that kick butt truck that trebor is in.

Keep the cost down, for I think that another 1/5 scale might be bought, what are some ideas that the good people on hear would do.

Mine is pretty stock with medal spur gears and that is about it. I know I will need bigger servos and front brakes for the pipe I will install this winter.

I would like a nice wheelie bar, maybe a 2 wheeled one, they look nice and I think they would handle a tad better. I also would like a front bumper, looks and to carry the thing.

What other things would people do? I would welcome any ideas expensive to cheap things.

Lets hear them, please.

hmm, i would hold off on a metal front bumper dude, rear 1 is good though :) ..but the front will take a hammering (bad landing on jumps etc) that little bit of give in the plastic stock bumper will save you many headaches! :)

little first off i would strip completely down to:detective: check every part

out and enable you to clean .........then i would recommend you obtain alloy

engine mounts both large and small in my thinking these are a must have

from that....... the sky is the limit:scared: most of the bolt on steel bits are on the link below
