Info on the TT5 please

Looking at a possible GREAT deal on an unused tt5 but can't much info on them. Have some questions


1- 2 bolt 23cc?


2- will the bolt on kits available work to make it 30.5cc if it has the 23cc?


3- all the parts for the MT will work as I see it's discontinued?


4- is it the same size as the MT minus the tires?


5- why was it discontinued?


Thanks for any help. Been a long time lurker but finally looking to get my first 5th scale.
 
They were manufactured with different sized engines depending when or who it was manufactured for.

The HY engines will take the CY parts for upgrades.

Yes the MT parts will all fit the TT.

Yes same size as MT same exact chassis.

Redcat no longer carries it as the X-series took its place. It had soft sales.

How old is it? Is it a Redcat?

Pretty certain it's a redcat...not sure on year etc. I sent you a pm of the add....maybe you can tell from the pics. Thanks again for any help, opinions, guidance etc.
 
Yeah looks like a Redcat to me.

In your post you mentioned 23cc. I've never seen one that came with a 23.

The add states it has a 26cc, which was common.
