Inserts for larger gearing than stock??

Is there a guide/list for engine inserts for larger gears??
Reasons for i ask is that im going to install my BZM Super 50 in my new Losi, and wil use larger gearings.. Im pretty new to Losi so it would be great with some kind of a list to sort this out.

they're engine mount inserts to space the motor...
vertigo performance has them and should know what you need...i know there are 18t and 21t inserts not sure of in between

Thanks guys.. Just what i been looking for. But if you gonna use larger gears like 24\54 , then I been told that i have to use the 20 insert.. but if go with 22\56, or 27\51 gearing.. Which insert will fit these gears.. So i was hoping there was some kind of a list for insert and gearings that fits together..
 
the spacers are for changing the pinion but leaving in the stock spur/centre gear.
if you change the centre from 57 to 56 and the pinion up one from say 19 to 20 then you don't need a spacer....each spacer is for one tooth /diameter offset with the stock spur

so start from stock which is what 19/58?, not sure but it's good enough for an example

figure how many teeth you will be off say 24/54 is 5/4on stock so you'd need a 20t spacer (+1)...22/56 would be 3/2 so again a 20t or +1 spacer
27/51 9/7...needs a +2 (21t) and so on
