i got a safeguard that came with my XB and would like to install it, but i have no idea where it goes. there's nothing in the manuals about it either, so i'm guessing it's an aftermarket part that the dealer packed in the box. can anyone shed some light on how i should install it?

Throw it a way cuz its useless use a kill switch.Your safe guard(fail safe)will not shut the engine off.

The receivers have a built in failsafe. I'm not sure why the external unit is still included.
