hello everyone,
I bought an integy 5b aluminum diff case but I'm having issues building the new diff. First off, the diff axle pins don't fit over the flat washers that hold the small bearings in place. So I tried to build this diff without the washers. That didn't work cause the axle pins are hitting the 4 small bumps on the interior of the axle housing. Only thing I can think off doing is to sand those washers down until the axle pins clear. Has anyone used these Integy diff cases before. If so, did you encounter this issues and what was the resolution you found?

I don't have a Baja.
I have seen the Integy diff case advertised.
I'm not the greatest fan of Integy goods, nor are many of the members here.

Some have said the LargeScale Integy 'is different', implying better quality.

I could suggest, whilst waiting for a reply that you contact Integy directly - they're bound to have some form of Customer liaison / support / technical department that might be able to assist you.

Al.
