Which one is better? If there is another brand at the same price point, please comment on it as well. Rear brake only is getting a bit old.

The KM kit seems to not use replaceable pads. That makes me nervous. I don't wanna have to buy a full new kit because the calibers wore out.
 
I just ordered a set of the KM cable/mechanical brakes from Dan. I was tossing the idea of going for a hydraulic setup, but decided to go with something mechanical. It seems like the hydraulic setups are hit or miss in terms of leaks and what not. It's not to say they're bad or one is better than the other. I prefer something mechanical.
 
yeah with just the rears at full tilt it took 20+ feet maybe to stop.now 5 feet,,,,if that,,,,,,,,,,,,had to tighten up the front coils to limit the front end diving,,,,,,,,,,,,priceless.
