Ok I think and this is just me looking from the pick that it will vet the fuel tank so while running the car pressure will not build in the tank so the one end will screw on top of the fuel tank cap and the other end would just run along the roll cage and the far end will just hang down below below the chassis so if the pressure would build up the gas will run in the tube and out on to the ground but it will never be that much gas.

If you want somthing that REALLY works, tap a nipple into the stock caps breather hole (the one that leaks all the time), attach fuel tube to it and put a check valve on the other end, ...one that lets air in but nothing out.

Good idea, if you want a fancy check valve look at dirt bike shops. A bunch of guys use aluminum check valves on a short tube instead of the traditional long vent tube stuck down the steering stem.
