Is my piston okay to reuse??

This is one of my engines for my FG, but I want to know if this piston is okay to use still....

i would replace it if i were you. all the machining groove are totally gone. those little grooves actually distribute the oil onto the cylinder walls or i should say they hold oil that is distributed to the walls. plus, youll see brand new performance from you engine with a new piston and ring. a piston is normally good for a ring or two then both need replaced, that is if the cylinder is still good.

Its cheap enough to replace the lot with a new complete bigbore kit
