Or are they completely different parts? When I put these parts side by side from my XB, they look exactly the same. Just wondering. I need to replace them with heat treated versions :D Is 07146 the correct part number for both pieces on the pic? Do you guys have the part number for heat treated the hop up version?
 
Both parts fit. They look exactly the same to the eye. The 710022 is stronger. That's also why they cost a bit more. They are made from a better steel.
 
Dam right and they still get upset over burnt out servos with a large scale RC costing the Third of a Losi 5 that still needs a 200 buck pipe to get it to move.

I completely agree Deluge :D Guess what? The reason I was busting perfect donuts was because my dog bone next to the center gear came loose. The set screw flew off and disappear along with the bar that goes inside the dog bone :D I was busting perfect donut! LOL!!! I realized it when I was looking over it. :D Just ordered front dog bones and hardened version :D

Do you guys know what size of set screws go into these cup?
