i think the CY and zen bearings are the same size. im not 100% on that. i remeber ordering bearings a while ago and they said cy/zen, so im pretty sure they'll be ok.

One thing i do see the OEM bearing are open not sealed you can hold them up to the light and see through them, but the one i order are a sealed bearing i hope it work, just a brain fart but when i was taking out the OEM case bearing they don't seem to be bad but my crank and alittle play from side to side but not much, but i could see where air could leak in from the seals, i think that the beaing don't really go bad it just the seals that cause the air leaks, that seem like a week link if you ask me

That is the third bearing used on the Zen motors on the outside clutch side instead of the seal it is not ment to be the main crank bearings. I have found that that bearing tends to leak and is better replaced with a seal. I think it was put there for those useing these motors in pocket bikes and the don't really work well in off road buggy aplications.

These are the corect bearings for the crank http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/c.885035/n.1/it.A/id.1276/.f, a little tip is to remove any seals on crank bearings this reduces drag and helps to lubricate the bearings. Just the outer seals will be just fine

over here we take out the 3rd bearing as a matter of course I do a fair few motors for peeps not that im an expert its just that I like doing it and every one the comes in with the 3rd bearing is usually full of dirt.

same as the zero drag seals...only suitable for on road applications...the dust kills them.the stock cy bearings are not the best, i've 3 bottom ends on the bench all with clutch side bearing play...enough to allow air to leak, not side to side but up and down, one as much as .25mm. I've ordered ceramics for the 30.5 and have fast eddies for my 28.5 to see how they hold up...I got about 6 gallons on the stockers before i noticed they were bad when i stripped the motors but could have been bad earlier.
just remember when you put new seals in to lube them well with mixing oil before you put the crank thru them, they'll not last long if you assemble them dry and be careful when pressing them into the cases to make sure they go in dead square.
couldnt agree more

Ok im a Little slow let me see hear, Ok so your saying that the bearing will still work but to remove the black seal and install the new oil seals and it should be ok right ? the CY case bearing or out of stock at DDM, And i went to Fast eddies bearing to just buy form him and there is no where on the site to place a order? do you have to call them for place an order

Ok thank you so much i never thougt this would be that big of a deal those are the bearing i wanted to begin with but the ones on the site under CY23-26 are all out of stock thank for finding them for me Mooman and another shout out to Kryptonite for the flywheel/clutch plate puller useing two screw to push them off worked like a charm
