Issues with km tires

A few of us are blowing the sides out of km tires, to where the insert is coming out. We are on tire #3, anyone else have this issue?

This could be a 2 piece problem one is that the KM tires rubber is thin so when ballooning they stretch more so get some real tires proline, hostile, etc. Another part of the problem is the stock bead locks the cheap bead locks does not grab enough of the tire to lock them down tight on the wheels so some better bead locks sliverback, proline, etc will be way better and they come with better screws also in the bead locks so the tires will not pull out of the beadlock while ballooning while running wide open.
