poop man thats how my diff went in my old fg monster and ofcourse i didnt notice it a ripped my chassis in bits you might be able to salvage the bevel gears inside the diff good luck though lol

i stripped my diff today and this fell out. lol.. i think there is a little bit missing..

That gear breakage has happened to me. You can buy the gears in sets. They were 30-40.oo last time it happened. Mine went to heck when the plastic cage end snapped off like your 1st photo taking out the rest of the diff.
Looks like you had a screw knocking around it a while?
