Don't know for sure, but I think this guy is collecting dead animals from all around (hedgehogs, moles, cats). He is designing a coat just with hedgehogs. I supposed to be pretty warm, but putting it on is quite a challenge without hurting yourself.
 
Now this will for sure scare away the crows and the pigeons LMAO!!!!! Add smalls speakers with screeching cat and it works like a charm....
