Working. Its lunch time. Its raining/snowing and my 1/5 scale fun is fading away. :(
Winter is always busier on here. Most are having too many things to do until cooped up. Its a sign of a more older/mature crowd.

Doesn't winter begin in July in Minnesota?

I've got a mini e-revo vxl and a Losi Aftershock brushless project to kill the winter boredom. Oh yeah, and an xbox 360, 2 kids and a hot wife.
 
I have been waiting for parts forever it seems. and just small jobs this week, one done in the driveway here, so lots of home time. I have had the dining room table covered in parts for 3 days now... just cleaning up now and putting things out here... I go back to my 3 graveyards tomorrow night... wanna bet my parts arrive tomorrow? lol

Dude, I left that part out because I wanted to sound mature. :laugh:
I don't think any of us "Toy car and truck owners" could be considered 100% mature but, thats why my kids still think I'm cool.:laugh:

My "Son's" :laugh: 360 got the 3 lights of death and when I called in they said that they extended the warranty to 3 years.
I already knew that since it happened once before when it was new.
The service guy from Microsoft looked into the claim and told me that I had bought the unit in 2006.
I thought to myself there is no way I will pay to get this thing fixed. I've heard it cost like $150.00 to fix it. I would buy a new one before that!
He then told me I bought it in October of 2006. I was shocked! What are the odds of it still being under warranty by 20 days let alone go bad before going out of warranty.
He sent the shipping paper work which is different now. No box...

We, I mean my son has been going nuts without it.:lol: I, I mean "He" just got the new Halo3 due to good spelling grades a day before it went out.

Can only say the Family Wii has been getting used more then ever lately.

I saw on the news this morning that the weather is sucking up North U.S. for you guys. We are getting a cold front on Sunday in Florida. 75F in the day and 60's in the night.. Can't wait..

BTW: Did you guys hear the story about the boy with the weather balloon? I watched Larry King live last night and saw the boy's father look when the kid said "We did it for the show" I almost crapped a brick laughing... :clown:

A cold front at 75F..... You sound like my sister, she lives in Tallahassee she says a cold front is coming in at 75F.... i laugh out loud, as 75F here in the UK is practically a summers day :clown:

Saying that, i had an error code come up on the W3 with "ER1"
its fatel, sent it back (again) they swapped it for another new one. thats my 3rd now in two months... something tells me its time for a specktrum....

Have'nt quite got the "wife" bit, but she's definately hot.. and very tollerable of me :lol:

I watched that on a live feed and felt horrible thinking there was a kid in there. Bas%^ards... After hearing the whole story of the balloon being solid and no room for a kid in it what a wast of funds following it around.
I love when people get caught like that!

Sounds like winter wont be so bad. We are going to re-due the craft room to suit the both of our hobbies. :clap:
