JB Weld?

Hi everybody.

I've got another question about building a home made rc.

If I have a weedeater motor with the output shaft hooked to a bicycle sprocket, how would JB Weld last to hook them together?

jb weld is good but has it's limits. better to drill/tap and add a bolt or setscrew. or braze weld, arc weld etc

i jb welded the diff together on my e-maxx cause i was running a brushless system, and it didn't last long. just think of the torque that will be on that sproket. i agree 100% to drill and tap or weld. but i would try the drill and tap first cause if you weld then you won't get it off again.
