I'm not all that concerned with how it looks, Im more concerned with how it performs!! Did you have to make any modifications at all? How has it held up to crashes? Did it come with all mounting hardware? I will spend the money as long as its worth it?? What other mods have you done to your truck? Thanks

I installed a 28.5cc Chrome motor. Jetpro pipe in my opion the best one on the market. Performs great. I mean its a Jetpro. They know pipes. No modificatios needed all hardware included. Crashes no problem fits under the Asgard body. 4700 MAh battery with new on/off switch. Venom battery monitor. MCD 27 and 33 gearing with 25/25. Velocity stack with TGN chrome pancake unifilter air filter. Asgard ST body with FG body mounts, Windows cut out so you don't have to remove body to start motor. Digital HS5745MG steering servo. Digital HS645MG throttle servo. Installed heavy duty diff cup pins. Wheel nuts have been grooved. Pull start outer wear. Installed boost bottles. DDM fuel lines. New hinge pins with locking plastic nuts. No E clips here. Shocks reworked with collars no E clips. For the money they are a great 4x4 truck after you put around $800.00 in mods.

I agree, with upgrades they are a great truck. Still cheaper than an MCD and they jump without busting! Maybe a typo but the 645 is not digital, should be the 5645. The only reason I point that out is if someone uses the 645 in HRS mode it won't work or worse it might fry.

Would love to see a pic of that truck:)

i run the 29cc from DDM...a huge difference from the stocker 23 IMO....but if this don't beat Scotty..then i guess i'll need a stick to wack him with.

Hi all, I'm new here, I don't yet own a redcat but it is to be my next largescale. I currently own an fgbaja that's pretty much done now after at least 3 1/2k:rolleyes: so now to ride #2.

Wife said she buy me one for christmas.

Upgrades will be essential and as to pipe check this out, it's for an mcd so should fit the mt, have to lose half the tt body on one side though but probably worth it

Sickest pipes out there, i've been after one for my baja for a couple of months now...rn are having problems with production but they are worth the wait. Nothing comes even close to the torque these pipes put out, expensive:eek: but worth every penny

That Pipe Looks Great, Ive Modded My Tgn Race Pipe Off My Baja To Fit The Rampage, Now Fits Both With Out Any Mods/probs

I wouldn't hold my breath! These guys promised a pipe for the HPI Baja in a months time maybe a year ago. I gave up on them. I still don't think they produced one yet.
