Hi guys, i took my fg for a little run last weekend and the screws for the jetpro exhaust keeps on getting lose. It stared to happen after i upgarded to 28.5cc. Is there any way to stop this? as i have lost one of the secrews and i think the gasgate is bit cut so where can i find these parts.

Many Thanks:D

pipe bolts

yer i have the same problem mate today first run on my new jetpro pipe bolts just come lose no matter how tight but i wos thinking of putting some gasket cealer on it cos it sets hard when goes hot and on any other bolts best of putting some windows ceil on em just a blob like

What I can figure is that your on about the manifold bolts? If so put RED loctite on them and that should cure the problem. If you are on about standard nuts and bolts you can us A2 stainless with nyloc nuts.

Safetywire the Exhaust Bolts

I don't know how many times I have posted this...You need to drill out the cap bolts
and safety wire the bolts..they will not back out again...Slawhammer

The wire technique is the only real permanent solution. You should make sure you are also using a torque wrench and tightening them to spec also.
