Hi got a quick question I have a crack in my jetro pipe witch is leakin how can I fiX this as I neeD to use it on saturday thanks

weld it mate the only way have you got any welding places near you they will only charge a couple of quid if you try it yourself it will probaly blow holes in it as there quite thin chemical metal type stuff wont last two mins just get to hot welding is the only way mate

You could try some epoxy.

I took my samba to an auto shop and they tig welded it for me. I traded off the use of my ozone machine so cost me nothing... bring a sack of beer along and they will probably do it free

Yes I wi try this if nothing come up but at the moment my dads car is in the garage so I'll pop down tommrow see if he can sort it out for me! If nit tha i will buy this what matiral is this pipe made from and what type off weld shell I tell him to do? Thanks

Not sure on the metal but it will have to be TIG welded on a low setting so not to blow it away! Also if there is any chrome or coating or even paint it will have to be removed or it will have the same effect :blush: I would guess its only made from 22swg max which is 0.7mm thick so not just anybody who can weld will be able to do a decent job on it.
