was it advertised as a hpi? cos it sounding a bit dear to me, @morley models, leeds. you can buy a brand new clone with lots of alloy and shiney parts for 299 rtr which to me looks a bargain for anyone who is starting, don't matter which model you buy the purchase price is just the start of a life long contract to the hobby

sorry for the late reply chaps not been on the forum much, yeah it was advertised as hpi hence the reason i thought it was a genuine baja hpi. i got in contact with him a few days back and thankfully got a refund off him no way was i prepared to pay that much for a used km. no no

the one in morley models is an sq baja and to be honest not a patch on a k,m. i,ve owned a sq and to say there bad is an understatment.

i think sq is worse then km, the price i brought the km wasnt bad but to be honest i gave it back as i had seen a hpi 5b v2 for £340 witch i thought was a bargain,

i meant i like the look of the hpi but i have 2 fg's and enough spares to keep them running at minimal cost, so it would be silly for me to buy another brand other than fg, although if the oppertunity ever come to swap for a 5sc id be more than happy to swap! think the 5sc looks awesome!!

not arguing here, but a clone is a clone whatever name they put on it. all i was trying to point out is that for that money you can get something new,although i paid alot more than this for a2nd hand fg? im not joint owner of sq or morley models so couldnt really care what he buys,just thought the info could have been usefull.
