Just got my Km and it shopwed up BROKEN!

Just got my Km 29cc baja and it showed up broke. rear carrier hub was snapped! This is gonna be a long story,i am not sure i would recommend buying from the guy that i did. Story to follow.

It was new, from ebay. I will get more into it after a bit when i get it sorted

How did you buy it? Credit card or PayPal? Either way you should be covered if it came off your credit card. When it comes to the buyer ebay is pretty good. Keep us posted..

I paid through credit card. The guy said for me to file with ups but there is no way it got broke in transit. The box doesn't have a mark on it but I'm giving him the benefit of doubt. He said he will replace the broken carrier hub and he also sent me the wrong wheels,he is going to fix that as well. The part is only $12 from tower hobbies but it is the point. I was taking pics,before i unwrapped and when i found the rear wheel hanging i about hit the floor! I will update when the part and proper wheels get here before i bash the man..lol

Why would you have the wrong wheels? Are you sure this is new? You had better check...

When you say wrong wheels... do you mean wrong tires.... like he sent you Dirt instead of tarmac tires or something?

Yeah i meant you could pick dirt/street/sand. I asked for sand for the snow and got dirt. Problem is gonna be worked out.

Yeah it is being worked out i think. Still sucks really bad to have this car and all it can do is sit! I waited 10 days for it to show up

Bought mine form him... with no problems... I'm sure he'll make you right...quickly.

Then again I ordered all tires... Tarmac, Dirt and Sand from him all at the same time.....

I bought a extra set of t5 tires for when i do the vw beetle conversion on my car

Update,the broken part is being sent, will be here wednesday with the right tires.

I've delt with him before.. He does make good on whats bad. A stand up guy so far.
