After I read all the instructions, what should I do? Loctite all the screws? What type of gas should I run for break in? 91 octane? Or 100 octane?
 
I run 93 with yamalube 2 cycle oil. No need to buy race gas just run the highest octane you can get at the pump where you live. Let the engine heat cycle a couple times before running it wide open or extended hard pulls. I would suggest making the first couple drives short and easy so you can keep a good eye on everything and check that nothing is getting loose. The muffler is notorious for getting loose so be sure to check the bolts on it regularly.
 
I use the highest octane I can get at the pump. Around here that is 93 so I usually put 5 gallons in my vehicle so all the cheap gas is out of the hoses from the previous person then put my gallon in the can.

You could buy vp race fuel or something exotic but there is no benefit on a stock engine. Contrary to popular belief higher octane does not make more power. What it does is provides a more stable fuel that is less likely to predetonate. Lower octane fuel actually has more specific energy (this is why modern vehicles do not usually require high octane). The reason race engines run high octane fuel is so they can run more timing advance, higher compression, and or more boost that could not have been achieved on the low octane fuel.
