Run klotz or another good brand, don't cheap out its what lubricates your engine. run carb rich for the first 2-3 tanks and then properly tune, and also go a little heavy on the oil first tank

as far as break in what i do:
let it sit running for like 5 min, kill it then let it cool off for like 20 min, then restart it let it run until its warmed up and drive it around at like 1/4 throttle for the rest of the tank.
then next tank don't go much over 1/2 throttle
then next tank don't beat on it, drive it nicely
then your done breaking it in

and yes i realize that is like 3 hours of boring screwing around

change your plug after break in and then chop the old one to check it out.

look up tuning by plug color and get a chart to properly tune, going by ear is not a good practice unless your really good and know you machine

I was taught that way by a guy who races 2 stroke bikes and builds/fixes them for others, i should also add that he does very well racing.

i was looking into a t2000, i bought the 2wd instead. I think im going to pick up the redcat dune runner instead, I know a gentelman who will sell me it at cost, per a deal i have worked out with him
