Finally caved in and ordered one but idk the differences between the gt3c and gt3b. I know i should've looked before buying but I'm an impulse buyer. Does the gt3c even need to be hacked. My bro hacked his gt3b and loves it. Also I'll b looking for a compatible receiver that has a short antenna. I saw the 6ch receiver but the antenna is really thick

Not much differences between the two except cosmetics and that the C comes with a lipo. You didn't want to wait for the FS-IT4?

I love the gt3c its awsome with the Lipo. Only issues that I k ow of are the powere. Buttun fails nut you can fix the switch or relocate

I had the traxxas tqi and was happy with it then I got a crawler and went for the gt3b and sold the tqi the next day, great remote for the money and an even better one after its hacked

The software has been altered. It allows the lighting to be changed and the buttons to be used for different applications. I have read a hacked version can be used with the 6 channel receiver utilizing all 6 channels. It also allows you to change the input voltage to run a lipo.

I see. I've been looking into getting a decent transmitter run run all of my vehicles. Right now I'm still running a couple of them on 27mhz and would like to switch them over to 2.4ghz.

Thats crazy man! 40 bucks and you could have at least a FS-GT3b. It has a 10 model memory.
