Ahhh thats right it was you Lan-Ed-Tul. Glad a you had mentioned this, as soon as I felt the pullstart break I already new what to look for.

And thanks I will take a look at the thread. irst thing I will do is test it with regular octane fuel at a 33:1 mix. For some reason I thing the coleman fuel at the 25:1 mix isnt combusting
 
try regular gas and the 2cycle oil mix. i think youll see better results, heard of a few others trying te coleman fuel, didnt work so hot, and shortens engine life too.
 
Yes sir that was the ticket, I switched to 93 and oil, and bam it worked, ok.... not bam. I am having a real hard time with the engine. Seems harder than my nitro to get started. If you have any tips I would appreciate it. I started a new thread here.

Also here is the finished product. Damn when it runs this thing is awesome. I am blown away by the size. You cant capture the scale in pics or videos. Also one thing you can't capture in videos or pics is the noise!! For anyone looking to buy one the sound is the equivalent of a 12 inch chain shaw. I would say exactly. The idle isnt bad, but when you let that throttle loose wow!!!

jaredtowne is the man, one twist of the needle and my starting and idle are all good!
 
well, wasnt going with just a single character, more like several pic shots Vader, maybe the ANH poster pic, c3po&R2, the falcon, etc...

all over a midnight black with a hint of blue in it, star feild in it, if i can manage that, and have the pics arranged maybe like the ANH poster pic on the roof, Vader on front hood, the other pics on doors etc.. something like that anyways.
 
Just got some trenchers for it, mean and nasty. Scoped a nice Bash site from Google satellite view near my house. Hopefully some vids up this weekend. ;-)
