Just Ordered XD - Pull Start Replacement Needed?

Hi everyone,

I just ordered an XD from Rob last night W00T. I read several threads about the pull start cord breaking on the Rampages. Was this addressed in the newer buggy or should I buy a new pull cover and replace it straight away? Are the pull cord units universal fit for the buggy motors or is there a brand/model I should buy?

I honestly haven't seen any diff between the cy and the zen. I've broken all pullstarts equally. Just get the CY if you get a spare.

Congrats. I personally have not had any specific issue with either, either. I have broke the rope in both though.

All the pullstarts available are equal in that they all break eventually. They put a mechanical mechanism inside of a 30cc gas powered vacumn which sucks nothing but dirt. Nothing will last in that enviroment.
