kick up plate

How can i make a kick up plate to protect the front of the chassis from
bending? Yes i no you can buy em but i want to make my own before you
ask!

I remember mike made one for his 5b and it looked bloody strong!

If i make a template can i get it made? but where?

there,s a thread on here somewere hyperpete made a nice one out of 4mm alloy plate, i,ve got one that mikelfc made out of 5mm steel plate its strong to say the least lol

i did a bit of work on mikes motor and he got me one made by a freind of his dads who,s an enginer have you still got mikes number????
