kill switch positive and negative

I had to take the front cover of my motor and then got side tracked and can't remember which is which. Does the positive or the negative go on the inside, or is it the other way around. Thanks for the replies.

Ok, just want to be sure. I don't want a runaway. I honestly was not sure if it had to be a certain way so my killer rc switch would work properly.
