Killer Bee and plugs!!

I had a problem with the KB on my FG MT.
I tried 'hard wiring' and check everything I could - the KB would only remotely 'kill' the engine when just started. Once it was warmed up, it had no effect.
I was told 'it's the Spektrum radio' more often than not.
Then, one more push to see what it might be, KB themselves got back to me and said 'try a new plug' and bingo, no more problem.
I'm going through a few Ir plugs, so that's all I did - remove the old, and replace with a same-type new one.
I tried cold - no problem.
I left it idling for a while (old plug would already fail here) - no problem.
I blasted up and down, let return to idle (now hot) - no problem.
I took to full speed, then cut - no problem.

Simple answer, they seem to be plug sensitive. If you've a problem, change the plug. Always use the normal 'resistor' (normally an 'R' in the plug reference) type plugs.

Been running a KB switch for over 3 years never had a problem with a plug to this point. I rarely change a plug from fouling most times after a couple of gallons I replace it just as maintenance to be on the save side. I run NGK CMR7H which I get at the auto parts stores for under $3 each.

What do you mean Normal?
You should run a spark plug that has a resistor in it, like the NGK CMR7H.
If you don't run a spark plug that has a resistor then you will probably get a large amount of electrical interference in the wiring of your car and it can make the radio signal act "glitchy", which will then make the Killer Bee kill the engine. If the radio signal isn't "clean" then the Killer Bee won't let the engine run. Better to be safe than sorry.
