Killer bee kill switch question

So i just installed the killer bee kill switch and my question is I checked for spark, new spark plug and theres no spark. I had the truck off with no battery, is that the problem cause I know before the switch I could have the truck off like that and still get spark. I did put the coil back the way it came out with a card between the magnets

The switch is active when off when you power up it will open circuit and should work.

Cool thanks thats a relief I thought if have to pull that cover off again and it was kinda a pain with my sidemount jetpro
