Km 23cc engine problem

I have run a full tank of gas through my 1/5th baja and on my 2nd now, and when i rev it up sometimes it will stick like its almost wide open for a few seconds and then it will come back down,. Any thaughts or ideas?

Is the servo sticking????????????? then if not there is a air leak on your carb.

It happens when it off the ground when i cant run it outside due to rain and no wheels/tires and no ele. on.

Yea I would check for an air leak around the carb also don't run the car whit no tires no load on the engine is not good at all.

thats a airleak , most likely one of the carb gaskets or the manifold

I checked the manifold bolts and they were loose. Also i need to get a set of t handle hex.lol
