ive just bought a conversion kit to do the above but there is no instructions any1 no what i need to keep and what i need to change

That was helpful of them!!
Get in touch with the supplier, unless it was a private purchase.
Perhaps they can tell you where they got it from anyway, then contact them?

If it was me, I'd probably 'do the man thing' as Clarkson would say, as he did building that Caterham a few years ago ..... !!!
Who needs instructions? !!!
(Don't worry, I have to use them every day, just having a laugh!)
